Abstract/Summary:
Work and family are two main areas of individual life.While people must deal with the conflicts between work and family,people must deal with the imbalance between work and family.Also these imbalances bring many negative effects to people's physiology and mentality,and directly make people reduce work efficiency,job satisfaction and marital satisfaction.Company D is a domestic group enterprise for entrance examination for secondary school or college.Through this study,you can know what conflicts there exist between work and conflict.This study can tell whether the employees are satisfied with the company and analyze how the problem comes out.Thus the study can make a conclusion----strategies and advice for further improving employee' working status.By quoting Work-Family Conflict Scale from Carlson&Kacinar & Wiiliam revised by Zhang Hemiao in 2000,by organizing the questionnaires and analyze the data,researcher knows the employees of Company D have the problem----work-family conflict.And there are some influencing factors such as gender,age,marital status,position,the nature of work,time one works,if there is someone who helps the employees look after their babies and so on.To solve this problem,the company can take steps as follows: to reduce the workload of some employees,to disperse the work pressure of some key employees,to discuss the work issues regularly,to make flexible work system and to strengthen the good demonstration role of the supervisor.As to the work-family conflicts,the employees can take steps as follows: to refine the management of specific work and family affairs,to improve personal concentration,to cultivate gratitude,and to seek outside help.
