Study On The Mechanism Of Intelligent Interpretation System In Urban Park Based On Behavioral Intention

With the advancement of science and technology,“intelligent tourism" emerged as a combination of tourism and "Internet+" ideas.Many urban parks have been upgraded to "Wisdom Park",providing citizens with more convenient and comfortable space for relax.The park interpretation system played a role of communication between tourists and the park facilities.However,the traditional interpretation system has its own limitations that unable to express design ideas and site culture well,it cannot meet the needs of the "Wisdom Park".Therefore,many parks try to construct the intelligent interpretation system aim to the needs of tourists.The intelligent interpretation system is one of the main tools for the park to provide intelligent services and realize intelligent management,which plays an indispensable role in the development the spread of culture and design concept.Based on background showed above,this study starts with the current situation of the intelligent interpretation system and find the existing problems.Through studying the characteristics of tourists' behaviors,discovered factors which could influence the willing of tourists using the intelligent interpretation system and the relationship between these factors,in order to provide a theoretical basis for a better way to construct intelligent interpretation system.Research mainly included:(1)This study reviewed the domestic and international research progresses related to intelligent interpretation system and found that the relevant results can be broadly divided into three aspects:the technical support and function of the intelligent interpretation system,the composition and construction of the intelligent interpretation system,the evaluation research of the intelligent interpretation system.Researches related to the behavior of the tourists using the intelligent interpretation system is rare but this part is the basis and key to all research on intelligent interpretation system.(2)Investigation of the current situation of the use of the intelligent interpretation system in Fuzhou.Through the on-the-spot investigation of the Intelligent interpretation system in 7 Intelligent parks,it was found that the intelligent system has some advantages such as send information in a full and vivid way,low impact on landscape,and carried clear and effective navigation.However,the construction and usage levels of the parks are uneven.(3)Construct a model of the behavioral intention to use intelligent interpretation system.In order to increase the tourists' intention to use the intelligent interpretation system,the study based on the current status survey and the theory of planned behavior,tried to design a hypothetical model which contains 4 latent variable,7 facets and 26 observed variables to explore the influencing factors of intentional use of the intelligent interpretation system.The 4 latent variables are attitude toward behavior,subjective norm,perceived behavior control and behavior intention.The 7 facets include perceived behavior control,behavior intention,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,affective components,personal norm,social norm,self-efficacy and perceived facilitation.(4)Examine and analysis the intentional model of the behavioral intention to use intelligent interpretation system.Questionnaires were used in Fuzhou three lane and seven alley and Jinjishan Park to obtain empirical data.Using SPSS and AMOS software to fit 498 valid data sets with the theoretical model so that it can validated the reliability and predictability of the model.Using the structural equation model analysis,we can find that subjective norms have the greatest effect on behavioral intentions,followed by perceived behavior control,and attitude toward behavior have the weakest effect on behavioral intentions.All these three factors have significant positive effects on behavioral intention.Compared with tourists from different sociological backgrounds,it is found that the "perceived ease of use" aspects of behavioral attitudes are affected by the age and type of occupation.(5)Strategy for enhancing the intelligent interpretation system.According to the research result,the study think wisdom parks can be proposed from the perceived behavior control,behavior intention,perceived usefulness,perceived ease of use,affective components,personal norm,social norm,self-efficacy and perceived facilitation,in order to provide a reference for the construction of the intelligent interpretation system.
