Research On Earnings Quality Evaluation Of China Aviation Sanxin Co.,Ltd. Debt Restructuring

Debt restructuring is one of the important means for enterprises to get rid of financial difficulties and to achieve the development.The reorganization of military listed companies is active in recent years,China Aviation Sanxin Co.,Ltd.,as the key development company of China's Aviation Industry Corp's new material sector,is a typical representative of the debt restructuring activities in the military listed companies.Previous studies have shown that debt restructuring will affect the quality of earnings,accounting earnings is the key basis for many decisions and it is an important accounting information needed in the capital market.Therefore,it is of great practical significance for the management and development of China Aviation Sanxin Co.,Ltd.to evaluate the changes of its earnings quality,analyze the causes of changes,find out the problems of earnings quality and provide corresponding policy recommendations.This paper qualitatively analyzes the measurement attributes of different debt restructuring,and summarizes the changes in the provisions of the debt restructuring standards since1998;define the concept of earnings quality,index,and influence factors between earnings quality and debt restructuring evaluation and summarizes the domestic and foreign research literatures,select 48 listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010-2016 A experience data,through the factor,the aviation China Aviation Sanxin Co.,Ltd.debt restructuring before and after the earnings quality evaluation.The evaluation results indicate that the comprehensive earnings China Aviation Sanxin Co.,Ltd.quality scores in the range of the study were negative and lower than the industry average in the industry ranked near the bottom.In the main factor scores,the fluctuation range of earnings growth and earnings cashsecurity volatility were smaller,the earnings persistence and earnings structure score were greater than the pre restructuring volatility after the debt restructuring,and the earnings stability score continued to decline after the debt restructuring.It is helpful to improve the quality of earnings of China Aviation Sanxin Co.,Ltd.in order to promote the long-term development of the company through the analysis of earnings quality evaluation results,summarize the reasons for the change of earnings quality before and after the debt restructuring of China Aviation Sanxin Co.,Ltd.,find out the problems of earnings quality and put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of China Aviation Sanxin Co.,Ltd.,including develop a reasonable business plan,strengthening cost management,adjusting the earnings structure,perfecting the corporate governance structure,increasing market credit construction.
