Job shop scheduling optimization is the foundation and key of intelligent manufacturing.Efficient scheduling optimization technology helps manufacturing enterprises to achieve high efficiency,high flexibility and high reliability.People do not always pursue interest maximization in manufacturing system,but according to their own understanding and their limited thinking,make the most satisfactory choice,which restricts the operation efficiency of the "human-machine" synergy system.The interference events such as machine failure,order cancellation and emergency order will cause the inability of the initial scheduling plan,and lead to the negative emotion and benefit loss of the participants in the manufacturing system.At this time,the disturbance influence on the participants of the processing system should be reduced as much as possible,and the interference events are quickly reacted to improve the degree of agility and intelligence of manufacturing.Firstly,the paper analyzes the research status of the job shop scheduling interference management considering the behavior and the problems existing in the research,and introduce the theory of job shop scheduling interference management,behavioral operation theory and commonly used intelligent optimization algorithm.Then,the main body behavior after disruption events not satisfactory measurement are analyzed,using prospect theory to qualitatively describe the behavioral characteristics of customers,manufacturers and workers after an interference event,using unascertained theory to measure the dissatisfaction degree of the behavioral subject,constructing a flexible job shop multi-objective interference management model considering behavior subject perception,to construct a flexible job shop multi-objective interference management model considering behavior subject perception.Furthermore,the improved fast nondominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)is designed aiming at this problem,designed three-level gene coding to preservation the complete information of scheduling,using process insertion strategy to obtain active scheduling,adopting close relative crossover and variation strategy to enhance the search ability,and enhance the algorithm's convergence ability through elite strategy.Finally,the results of interference management in this paper are compared with the results of rescheduling,fully right shift scheduling and AOR right shift scheduling,the algorithm is used to solve the model for a specific numerical example.The results show that the model can effectively solve the problem of single machine fault interference in flexible workshop,and improve the scientificity of decision making,balance the interests of the various actors. |
