As an important participant in market economic activities, the development and operation of company are related to market economic growth and social development. As an important subject of social security payment, enterprises need to bear some social insurance contributions. However, due to the rising costs of labor and overtaxed taxes, enterprises are now facing difficulties in production and business operations, and even the phenomenon of suspension of production shutdowns has occurred. The impact of social insurance contributions on enterprises is more profound.Higher social insurance contributions increase the cost of the company's labor, and bring pressure on the company's funds, and then affect the competitiveness of the company, and may have a certain impact on the development of the company. In the reality of China, how does the actual social insurance contribution of the enterprise affect the development of the enterprise? Is there any regional heterogeneity in the effect of the actual social insurance payment on the development of the enterprise? That is,whether the actual social insurance payment of the enterprise has significant differences between the eastern region and the central and western regions for the development of the enterprise;whether the actual social insurance contribution to the development of the enterprise has the heterogeneity of the scale of the enterprise? That is to say, whether the actual social insurance contributions of enterprises have significant differences between the scale of large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises for the development of enterprises. These will all be examined.Based on the current background of reducing social insurance contributions in China, this paper studies the effect of actual social insurance contributions on the heterogeneity of corporate development. It not only studied the impact of corporate social insurance contributions on the development of enterprises at the national level, but also studied the impact of corporate social insurance contributions on the regional heterogeneity and heterogeneity of the company's development. This paper presents an empirical test of the hypothesis by proposing three hypotheses and using panel data of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2014.The results of the study show that national social insurance contributions at the national level have a significant negative impact on corporate development;social insurance contributions have regional heterogeneity in the development of enterprises, and social insurance contributions have a smaller negative impact on the development of enterprises in the central and western regions than in the eastern region; The contribution of social insurance payment to the development of enterprises is heterogeneous, and the negative impact of social insurance payment on the development of SMEs is smaller than that of large enterprises.Based on the above research conclusions, this paper believes that we must further reduce the social insurance contribution rate of enterprises in order to reduce the negative impact of social insurance contributions on the development of enterprises. We must continue to adhere to the principle of ―three declines, one reduction and one supplement‖ as the starting point and the general direction. At the same time, the degree of recognition of social insurance contributions by employees of enterprises should be raised.More attention should be paid to reducing the social insurance contribution rate of eastern enterprises so as to reduce the higher social insurance payment burden of eastern enterprises. We will further strengthen support for enterprises in the central and western regions, and reduce the burden of social insurance contributions for large enterprises and giving play to the ―leadership‖ role of large enterprises. While improving the financial system of small and medium-sized enterprises,it is necessary to further increase the support for small and medium-sized enterprises, especially the support of small and medium-sized enterprises in the central and western regions in order to enhance the vitality of small and medium-sized enterprises and ensure their healthy and stable development.
