In the new period,small and medium-sized enterprises have become an important part of the national economic development,which play a vital role in active social economy,the revitalization of the real economy,the solution of employment problems and the improvement of people's living standards.However,in today's increasingly fierce competition,many small and medium-sized enterprises in China are faced with this dilemma--the loss of core personnel.The core personnel in small and medium-sized enterprises not only create outstanding performance for enterprises,but also are the cornerstones for enterprises to maintain long-term development.As a symbol of the value wealth of small and medium enterprises,the core personnel have a great impact on the smooth production and operation of small and medium-sized enterprises,and directly related to the development and survival of small and medium enterprises.Therefore,the loss of core personnel has become a primary problem faced by small and medium-sized enterprises.In view of this,the author directly carries on the research and analysis to the core employees management of A Co.,Ltd..Combined with the research objectives of the paper,two methods,literature analysis and case analysis,are used to analyze the core employees management of A Co.,Ltd..First,it analyzes the management status of the core employees at home and abroad,clarifying the research results and limitations of the predecessors.Secondly,it analyzes the core theory and the main concepts of this paper,which lays a good theoretical foundation for the full text,and then analyzes the management status of the core employees of A Co.,Ltd.,and then pays more attention to it.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of core employees in A Co.,Ltd.,and analyzes the origin of the enterprise's attributes,systems and concepts.Finally,it starts from the two aspects of the improvement of health care factors and the increase of incentive factors,and the path optimization of establishing a reasonable salary system,constructing the enterprise culture construction and improving the performance appraisal system.It will provide good reference value and practical significance for Chinese SMEs to retain core employees.Through the research of this paper,the relevant strategies of the A Co.,Ltd.are carried out,and the research goal of the paper has been realized preliminarily.The value of the core employees of the A Co.,Ltd.is released to provide the dynamic support for the enterprise to improve the quality and increase the efficiency.
