Research On The Influence Of Enterprise's Motivation Of Patent Application On The R&D Behavior

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the rapid development of science and technology,high-tech has become one of the important representatives of the new generation of national strength competition.Intellectual property rights,especially patents,have become an important measure of the overall strength of enterprises and the competitive advantage of the market.Patent output depends on patent application and research and development,patent application and can't leave away from the patent strategy,enterprise for flexible and efficient patent application can be further play to the potential value of the patent.Through the research on enterprise patent application motivation,it can better stimulate enterprise patent application and strategic application,which can improve the efficiency of enterprise research and development and gain competitive advantage.And the strategic emerging industry as our country in the future to realize the rise of great powers,and technical innovation level of science and technology in our country one of the most important aspects of the overall progress,is worthy of study of such industry to promote the development of our province science and technology and economic strength.In Hubei province as the background,this study on the existing related research results to sort and summary,around the strategic emerging industries enterprise application for a patent for the motive for this purpose,the influence of r&d behavior has carried out the following research work.First of all,through to the application for a patent for motivation and r&d behavior related literature review,the current situation of the development of strategic emerging industry enterprises in Hubei province and enterprise interview,based on the research identified the strategic emerging industry enterprises to apply for motivation and r&d behavior measurement dimensions,and build the application for a patent for four kinds of motive dimensions as independent variables,two dimension of research behavior model in the research of the dependent variable and its scale,and the enterprise nature,age,and enterprise scale as control variables to join "enterprise application for a patent for motivation_r&d behavior" research framework,investigates the impact on an application for a patent for motivation.Then,based on the relevant theoretical research,the concrete research hypothesis is put forward.Secondly,the questionnaire survey was used to collect data,and the reliability and validity analysis of the initial scale was conducted through the prediction test,and further verification was conducted on the measurement items,and the questionnaire was improved and corrected.Then,using Spss19.0 and Amos18.0 statistical software,the research hypothesis was verified by descriptive analysis,reliability analysis,correlation analysis,single factor variance analysis and structural equation model analysis.The empirical results confirm in strategic emerging industry enterprises in Hubei province,market protection motivation has a positive significant influence on enterprise r&d,obstruct the motives of r&d and r&d output all have positive significant impact,policy for motivation has a positive significant influence on corporate r&d output.At the same time,different enterprise scale,age and nature have significant differences in the motivation of enterprise patent application,and the research finally analyzes and explains the hypothesis test results.
