Research On The Improvement Of The Financial Management Efficiency Of ZW Education Group

As the core of enterprise operation,financial management is the foundation of the survival and development of small and medium enterprises.It is very important for enterprises to permeate all the economic activities of the enterprises.But nowdays,there are a serise of problems in the financial management of small and medium-sized enterprises,such as financing difficulties,poor capital operation and weak financial control,which restrict the efficiency of financial management and affect the economic benefits of enterprises.Therefore,strengthening the financial management and improving the efficiency of financial management is an effective way to promote the development of small and medium-sized training and education institutions and enhance their core competitiveness.The domestic scholars mainly focus on the efficiency analysis of the commercial banks,and the evaluation of the efficiency problem still adopts the traditional method of index analysis.The application of the new method,such as the data envelopment analysis,needs to be further strengthened.This study tries to make up for the defects in this respect to a certain extent.Using the data envelopment method to study the financial management efficiency of ZW education group,provide some theoretical guidance for the financial management of the ZW education group,and provide some suggestions for the development of the education and training industry in the primary and secondary schools.In this paper,as long as the research work is done:first,according to the literature at home and abroad,it puts forward the eavaluation method,nanlyzes its advantages and disadvantages demonstrates the feasibility,and selects the DEA method as trates the feasibility,and selects the DEA method as the evaluation method.Then,to determine the composition of enterprise financial management,combined the analysis of practice,to determine the input and output dndexes according to the analysis result and the characteristics of the enterprises,the use of DEA method to calculate the efficiency vavlue to evaluate the financial management efficiency of sample enterprises,finally according to the results of the analysis put forward proposals to enhance the efficiency of financial management.
