With the continuous improvement of economic science and technology,the competition between banks has intensified,making the banking financial model have changed greatly.In recent years,NY Bank has made a great deal of reform of external environment and internal mechanism,and achieved a historic leapfrogging.However,whether or not to improve the competitiveness of the industry and improve the status within the industry,the implementation of the national service to the three farmers requirements,these are the urgent problems for NY Bank to resolve.The dot becomes the only way to solve these problems.This article tries to take the QFNY Bank branch as an example,to study the transformation scheme of county bank,through the financial environment,the internal examination,the infrastructure,the network service and so on enumerates the deficiency in the transformation,at the same time designs the transformation scheme that suits the bank,realizes the successful transformation of county bank.QFNY Bank is a county branch of a state-owned joint-stock bank.It has a network of branches in urban areas and towns and cities.While QFNY Bank did promote the rest of the economy earlier,with China increasingly connected to the world,QFNY Bank still shows a lack of performance compared to the operating model of financial institutions in overseas developed countries.Based on mechanism,QFNY Bank has not formed a perfect flexible operation mechanism.Based on the hardware angle,QFNY Bank falls into the category of state-owned banks,once a large number of hardware upgrades,will inevitably increase the operating costs of branches.But overseas commercial banks can refer to their real situation,immediately carry out hardware upgrade work;Based on the introduction and training of the employees,QFNY Bank's training for the internal staff is small,in the critical period of the development of the enterprise,because of the aging of the staff population is more serious,can not efficiently conduct business training;Based on the internal service links and software equipment,there are still disadvantages of unitization,and did not take the integrated development path.If the deficiencies mentioned above go unnoticed,they will likely limit QFNY Bank's core competitiveness in the future.This paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of QFNY Bank's dot operation,and on the basis of this,it implements the transformation of service,operation and management through designing the direction of transformation,optimizing the dotfacilities,adding intelligent equipment and strengthening the responsibility of employees.
