The level of economic development in China has been significantly improved and the people's living conditions have improved significantly. However,in the process of urbanization in our country, there have been many contradictions and problems such as the increase of urban-rural income gap and the serious environmental pollution. The Central Government has also proposed strategies for developing rural areas and revitalizing rural areas.Farmers' income is an important indicator of the living standards of rural residents. Therefore, under the background of advancing urbanization, how to achieve the orderly development of urbanization and peasant income, and the realization of a win-win situation is a question worth exploring. This article draws on the research results of previous scholars and sorts out the theories related to urbanization and peasant income.First of all,a descriptive statistics method is used to analyze the evolution and current status of urbanization and rural resident income in China in detail, through charts, data, etc. The analysis concludes that there is a relative slowdown in the urbanization process in China's current urbanization, and there is a large gap between the degree of urbanization in the four regions of East,Central,West, and Northeast China. In terms of farmers' income, there are the following problems: the absolute value of farmers' income is relatively low,and there is still a large gap between farmers' income compared with the urban population;the income growth rate of farmers is low;the income gap between urban and rural areas is large, and over time, urban residents The growth rate of income is much faster than that of rural residents;the income structure of peasants is irrational, wage income shows an increasing trend, and the proportion of the entire income is increasing. At the same time, there are also growth trends in transfer income and property.Sex income, while the proportion of family business is decreasing year by year. The proportion of rural households' operating income is higher. At present, the proportion of farmer property income in China is still at a relatively low level.Secondly, starting from the perspective of econometrics,we selected the representative indicators for measuring urbanization and farmers' income, urbanization rate and per capita disposable income of rural residents. And added five control variables: the number of migrant workers, the rural land circulation rate, rural investment in fixed assets, the area of agricultural irrigation, and the level of agricultural output.First, take the logarithm of the data to eliminate the differential effect, and then use Eviews 8.0 pairs of data.An ADF test is performed to check the smoothness of the time series by the unit root. Then, the regression equation between the two was constructed through cointegration analysis,so as to find out the influence degree of specific quantity,Granger causality test, and other methods to empirically analyze the impact of urbanization on farmers' income, through Granger analysis. Can see the specific quantitative relationship between the two.By sorting out and summarizing the above data and information,we find the problems and causes between China's urbanization and farmers' income. Finally, the following countermeasures are given on the relationship between urbanization and farmers' income in China: From the perspective of urbanization's promotion of farmers' income: 1Strengthening infrastructure construction to ensure quality and quantity;2 Advocating the concept of eco-town,and taking a sustainable new model Urbanization road;3 materialism with both hands, both hands must be hard to improve the quality of urbanization;in terms of farmers' income on the urbanization process: 1 unswervingly implement the strategy of village rejuvenation;2 improve the land management system;3 speed up the reform of the household registration system To help the free flow of labor.I believe that through the above analysis and recommendations can be a reference for related research.
