Research On The Development Problems Of Vegetable Planting Cooperatives In Linzi District

The farmers' professional cooperative belongs to a new type of rural social organization,which is based on the contracted management of rural families to realize the export of various kinds of agricultural products,such as sales,processing,transportation,preservation and the output of various kinds of agricultural production and management technology and information,so as to achieve the purpose of mutual assistance.At present,there are more than 70 thousand vegetable greenhouses in Linzi District,with an area of nearly about 200000 mu,and the whole area has nearly more than 160 specialized vegetable planting cooperatives.In the longitudinal comparison of the vegetable planting cooperatives in Linzi,some development results have been obtained,which can be compared with other high level areas,and there is still a big gap.This paper studies the vegetable planting cooperatives in Linzi district.Through comparative research,literature research,investigation and research methods,this paper studies the development status of vegetable cultivation cooperatives in Linzi District,deeply analyzes the fundamental factors that restrict the development of local cooperatives,and studies the advanced experience and puts forward corresponding suggestions.It will promote the development of local cooperatives,safeguard the interests of farmers,improve the living standard of farmers and build a new socialist countryside.First,we deeply analyze transaction cost theory,game theory and principal-agent theory,and lay a theoretical foundation for further research in this paper.Then,the current development of local vegetable planting cooperatives is analyzed comprehensively,the main types and quantity,the distribution area,as well as the organization management mechanism,operation mode,profit distribution mechanism,production and marketing mode,etc.On the basis of the analysis,the problems encountered in the development of vegetable planting cooperatives in Linzi district were analyzed,and the problems of low overall level of local vegetable planting cooperatives,large impact of industrial development,small industrial influence and weak overall strength were studied,and the reasons for the problems were analyzed.Finally,the suggestions for the development of the vegetable cultivation cooperatives in Linzi are put forward,including the comprehensive implementation of the preferential policies for the preferential farmers'cooperatives,the training of professional skills,the improvement of the quality of the professional farmers,the improvement of the cooperative operation mechanism,the attraction of senior professional talents,and the strengthening of the brand construction of the cooperative society.
