For a long time,China's commercial banking business model is single,dependent on traditional credit business too much;the main profit comes from the high interest margin protected by the state policy.With the economic downturn,financial science and technology continue to make new breakthroughs,China's financial industry further opened up,the situation of traditional financial industry dominating the whole country has been broken.With the emergence of Internet finance,the accelerated layout of foreign and private financial institutions,the deepening marketization of interest rates and the increasingly stringent external supervision,Chinese commercial banks are facing unprecedented pressure.Overall,the growth rate of net interest of state-owned big banks slowed obviously,the bad rate and the amount of non-performing loans continued to raise,the net interest margin narrowed further,and the profitability of banks was tested.In this situation,the commercial banks should conform to the trend,promote the transformation,and take "big assets,large liabilities" as the development strategy and business philosophy,expand the intermediary business and increase the non-interest income,make it an important way to increase bank profits in the future.The intermediate business income of commercial banks can be divided into personal intermediate business income and public intermediate business income according to the receiving object.It is an important source of intermediate business income for most commercial banks,and often has a strong correlation with credit business,which is the pain point of the commercial bank to solve the problem of collecting from the root.C Bank,founded in 1954,is a large state-owned bank and one of the four largest banks in China.The main business areas include public banking business,personal banking business and capital business,branches are throughout the country,opened a number of branches and sub-banks overseas,providing customers with comprehensive financial services.Guangxi Branch of C Bank is the first-class branch under the jurisdiction of C Bank.In recent years,along with the economic development and social progress of Guangxi,the strength of Guangxi Branch of C Bank keeps growing.Now it has grown into a commercial bank with abundant capital,complete business variety,perfect service function,and leading business scale and operating profit in the region,but in its rapid development process,there are still many problems.This paper uses the literature research method and the comparative analysis method,combining the theory with the practice,carries on the research to the public intermediate business income in the Guangxi Branch of C bank.First of all,it summarizes the definition,classification and characteristics of the intermediary business,and on this basis clarifies the main factors that affect the income of the intermediate business of the commercial banks.These theories are of great help for us to study the revenue of the commercial banks on the public intermediate business.Secondly,based on the income data of Guangxi Branch of C Bank over the past three years,it analyzes deeply the overall development of the public intermediate business,the development of products,the comparison with the same industries,the organization structure of the public business and the management mode of the intermediate business income,in order to find out the problems existing in the development of Guangxi Branch of C Bank,and these problems are as follows:firstly,the development is unstable and the reserve is insufficient;secondly,the level of the product structure needs to be improved;thirdly,the management of lines leads to the poor efficiency of linkage;fourthly,the examination method is backward,and the rewards and punishment measures are not in place;fifthly,there is the lack of the relevant professionals;sixthly,there are problems in the follow-up service of the intermediate business.Besides,in view of the existing problems,the author puts forward the measures to promote the revenue of the public intermediate business from nine aspects:the first one is to improve the understanding of the importance of the public intermediate business,the second one is to position well the customer group;the third one is to use the different marketing channels;the forth one is to improve the income level of the intermediate business;the fifth one is to emphasize the product marketing and product innovation;the sixth one is to improve the fine management;the seventh one is to perfect the examination and incentive mechanism;the eighth one is to build the intelligent management system;The ninth one is to strengthen the training of the professional talents.Finally,the development of intermediate business of the commercial banks in the future is prospected,and three major trends are put forward respectively:developing the competitive cooperation is the only way for the development of the intermediary business of the commercial banks,innovation is the key to the development of the intermediate business of the commercial banks;the independent development of the financial products and the investment banking business are the focus of the commercial banks in the intermediate business competition.The possible innovation of this paper lies in:firstly,it combines the theory with practice,on the basis of fully studying all kinds of theories,analyzes the income of the intermediate business according to the first-hand data of C Bank,and puts forward the concrete countermeasures to the existing problems;secondly,from the view of innovating,This paper studies the intermediate business income of the banks from the perspective of the public business.
