JC Rural Bank was established in July 2014.Due to restrictions on factors such as management information service,brand recognition and payment channels,the agency business was not carried out.As a result,the income of intermediary agency business became blank,and credit business 'became its main source of income.It was necessary to increase revenue by continue to issue loans,and the risks continue to accumulate.Therefore,the quality of credit risk management has great significance to the sustainable development of JC rural banks.This article first explained the related theories of credit risk management,combined with the credit assets of the JC rural banks and the characteristics of the customer groups,analyzed the current status and causes of its credit risk management.Second,from the point of view of the credit risk management process,the credit business process was divided into three aspects:pre-loan investigations,credit review and post-loan inspection.By using qualitative analysis methods to draw 17 credit risk factors,and then quantitative analysis was performed using the analytic hierarchy process,and 17 risk factors were used to establish a credit risk factors indicator system and judgment matrix of JC rural bank.The weight of each factor's impact on credit risk was determined and ranked.Finally,in order to promote the healthy and steady development of JC rural bank and provide experience for other rural banks in the management of credit risk.Based on the characteristics and causes of credit risk of JC rural bank,the credit risk management proposals such as credit granting mechanism,loan issuance process,credit rating system construction and human resources management were proposed.
