Analysis And Improvement Of The Audit Status Of The Construction Project Of Hefei Cadre Training School

With,the rapid development of urbanization during the 13th five-year plan,the government investment projects bring more and more heavy task to the investment audit of government whose is higher,under the existed conditions.For government investment audit,how to consolidate the audit laws and regulations,how to prevent audit risks,how to improve audit processes and how to refine audit results,which is worth exploring.The thesis combines existed literature and national policy with target deviating theory,the immune system theory and behavior audit theory.Document analysis,case analysis,investigation study are used in the theis to analyze the management of tracking audit system in Hefei audit college.Starting from the current auditing system,auditing plans and methods of auditing,we discovered the problems that actually existde in the project.Based on this,an improvement design is proposed in terms of audit independence,execution of audit results,and quality control of audits.In order to ensure the implementation of improvements,the paper has issued auditing basis and auditing standards,promoted the joint enforcement of audit results,and promoted vertical management of the audit system.The establishment of a three-level review and review system,the upgrading of the investment audit informationization level,and the innovation of the auditor education and training mechanism have put forward countermeasures and improvement measures.The study of the dissertation can provide decision-making reference for government investment project audit.
