| The agricultural trusteeship social service organization is a new type of agricultural management mode,which emphasizes the managed mode.Farmers do not change their land contracting rights,the nature of land use remains unchanged,but the service subject of operation changes.Custody forms mainly include generation tillage generation,joint tillage,land custody,etc.The main feature is to help solve the problem of who will grow fields.Rice,as one of the crops with the largest planting area,the highest single yield and the largest total yield in China,plays an important role in grain production and consumption in China and even in the world.In recent years,the degree of mechanized rice planting in China has been continuously improved.Since 2008,Guangxi academy of agricultural sciences has carried out the research and application of the technology of rice ridge tillage.This paper studies the application of agricultural managed social service and fenlong through literature review,analyzes the service advantages of agricultural managed social service organization through case analysis,verifies the advantages of rice fenlong mode by experimental research and quantitative analysis,and puts forward the application and promotion strategy of fenlong based on agricultural trusteeship social service perspective.The main findings are as follows:1.Agricultural managed social service organizations focused on hosting.Farmers will contract land entrusted to agricultural custody type social service organizations on behalf of farming,for farmers to provide farming,planting,collection,management,sale and other related aspects of the "one-stop" type of full service,to maximize the interests of farmers.2.Compared with conventional tillage mode,rice Fenlong tillage mode is beneficial to promote the growth of rice and improve the yield of rice.3.The factors that restrict the application and popularization of rice Fenlong tillage technology are:(1)the mechanical adaptability of rice flour ridge is not strong;(2)insufficient investment in machinery;(3)farmers' acceptance ability is not strong;(4)the application and popularization of rice Fenlong tillage technology is lagging behind.4.Based on the analysis of the case of agricultural managed social service organizations in China,put forward the promotion strategy of rice Fenlong tillage:(1)Improve the applicability of rice Fenlong tillage techniques(2)strengthen the government investment and leading role;(3)strengthen the establishment of agricultural cooperatives,expand the scale of agricultural production;(4)to strengthen the cultivation of agricultural managed social service personnel. |
