The Researct On The Development Of Plateau Characteristic Agriculture In Yangbi Yi Autonomous County

Agriculture has been the basic industry for the national economy development down the ages.And it is also the foundation of the economic development in ethnic areas.“No stability can be achieved without agriculture” is a well-known proverb,which reflects that agriculture is the prerequisite for maintaining the social harmony and stability in the country,especially in the west underdeveloped minority areas.The state attaches great importance to the development of agriculture.The government has released the No.1 document to stress that agricultural development should be taken as the basic work for the national economy development.This is also the fundamental link of our country's goal of realizing a comprehensive poverty alleviation and removal.In the context of “the new era”,developing plateau agriculture in the western minority areas has become the top priority of regional economic development.The central authority and local governments have also successively issued multiple documents on emphasizing the need to vigorously develop agriculture with plateau characteristics.This article takes Yangbi Yi Autonomous County in the western minority area as the research object.Yangbi County is located in the western part of Yunnan Province.It is a traditional agricultural county with unique terrain,climate and other developed conditions.However,development is still relatively lagging behind.It has become the primary issue of the local government to choose a scientific and reasonable strategy of the development of plateau characteristic agriculture.Therefore,this article has the extremely realistic significance about the research on the development of Yangbi plateau characteristic agriculture.In this article,the current situation and problems of the development of plateau characteristic agriculture in Yangbai County are analyzed emphatically by SWOT analysis method.The author also proposed an empirical analysis of the walnut industry and Chinese herbal medicine industry of Yangbaxi County.Finally,the practical development ideas and countermeasures are put forward.The author hopesthat we can help Yangpi County to find the suitable countermeasures for the situation of the local county by researching on the Yangbi's development of plateau characteristic agriculture.So as to achieve the purpose of promoting economic development and increasing the income of peasants.
