With the rapid development of electronic commerce and information technology,more and more retailers choose to do advance selling work through internet.Through advance selling,retailers can realize the product demand,confirm order in advance,expand sales cycle and improve profits.As a class of necessaries of life,fresh product has the characteristics of value-added,corrosive production,short sales cycle.Doing advance selling work through internet can effectively use value-added production,reduce product corrosion,and expand sales cycle.This paper takes the fresh product supply chain as the research target.And it illustrates the pricing decision with considering the introduce time and delivery modes.This paper uses supply chain modeling,numerical simulation and case analysis methods.Firstly,based on normal delivery in the end of advance selling.This paper illustrates the pricing decision.Product sales is divided into three periods:advance selling period,regular period and clearing period.And clearance processing takes place at the end of the regular period.Based on demand depends on price and maturity,and EPQ model,it uses the backward inference method and maximizes the profit function,then gets the optimal price in advance and regular periods.Then we research delivery depend on selling time with considering the times of delivery and waiting time.This paper illustrates the pricing decision with given introduce time.Some implications are obtained by researches.Theoretical research and numerical analysis shows retailer should use discount price in advance selling period when he incorporates delivery in the end of advance selling period and the degree of discount depends on introduce time and the impact of advance selling.In two modes of delivery,the relationship between advance selling price,profit and factors are analyzed by us.
