As the highest business development form of entity retail,shopping mall has become a powerful tool for entity retail to resist the impact of e-commerce in recent years,relies on its diversified business combination and good spatial experience.It is also the first choice for consumers to consume offline now.Different kinds of industry have also involved in the construction and operation of shopping mall,leads to the number of domestic shopping mall has been explosive growth in recent years.The market increasingly saturated,and the homogenization phenomenon is serious.This paper focuses on the improvement of customer intelligence management of YZ shopping mall co.LTD.Firstly,the related theories and development trend of customer management are discussed.Secondly,through investigation and discussion understand the customer management procedures of YZ shopping mall co.LTD.In the use now.Then combined with the questionnaire investigation of the consumers and tenants,try to find the problems and potential solutions.At the same time through on-the-spot investigation of benchmark shopping malls,to understand the advanced practice in customer intelligence management.Finally,through comparative analysis,make the customer intelligence management improvement plan suitable for the basic situation of YZ shopping mall co.LTD.,and a series of safeguard measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the scheme were proposed.This article selected topic from the practicality,and introduce the construction and function of each module of customer intelligence management for shopping mall comprehensively.This has certain guiding significance to the actual operation of related enterprise.At the same time,the fusion of internet thinking and big data concept solves the difficult that entity retail can hardly refinement operation management.Meanwhile,it is of great practical significance to break the homogenization phenomenon of shopping mall industry.
