Research On Staidson Corporate Value Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Based On Real Option Approach

With the development of our economy,biomedicine fields are playing an increasingly prominent role in the process of economic development in our country and playing a critical role in social stability,national health and economic development.But some problems are revealed in the process of the development of biomedicine enterprise and the critical one is the estimation of enterprise value.Enterprises usually adopt the traditional value assessment model to estimate,and the traditional model is more accurate for some relatively mature enterprise,but this model does not consider the hidden value of the enterprise by facing the high risk and uncertainty of high-tech enterprise.So the estimation of the real enterprise value is often not very accurate,in this case,it is necessary to find out more reasonable evaluation ideas in order to enhance the value of enterprise.So the thesis analysizes the characteristics of biomedicine enterprise value assessment,and analysizes the deficiencies of traditional three enterprise value evaluation methods on the enterprise value evaluation on the basis of related research of scholars both at home and abroad.Then the thesis introduces the principle and the valuation model of real option method,and uses the real option theory in the biomedicine enterprise value.Then the thesis puts forward the thinking and steps of using this theory and analyze the feasibility of the evaluation idea.Combined with Staidson biopharmaceutical enterprise to evaluate the value to point out the lacking of the company value evaluation.And it can be more accurate to measure the whole value by using the real option method which can consider the hidden value of the enterprise,and according to the development of Staidson biopharmaceutical enterprise situation,on the view of the characters of the field and the real option evaluation mode parameter,the thesis proposes creatively to improve the value of Staidson biopharmaceutical enterprise such as formulate rational strategic plan,seize the sensitivity factor and the potential enterprise value.Because this thesis mainly study the Staidson biopharmaceutical enterprise,so for the using of real option in other biomedicine enterprise applicability research is not perfect,we need further analysis.
