In recent years,because of the rapid progress of information technology and market economy,the decision makers in the enterprise have made new challenges in making strategic choices.If the enterprise wants to make timely and perfect decision in the complicated situation,it not only depends on the characteristics and background of the decision makers,but also requires the management to set up a management team and maximize the advantage of the team.In order to quickly adapt to the changing external environment,the management also need to develop the team cooperation and the common decision.During the decision process,the team cognitive ability can lead the direction,and identify the valuable information in a changing environment.In order to maximize the team's advantage,each member's knowledge,skills and other qualities must be closely combined to constitute an organism.In this process of integration,behavioral integration plays a key role.It is well known that in the study of the effect of individual decision-making,the individual's cognitive ability influences the effectiveness of individual decision-making,then in the study of team decision-making effect,does the team cognitive ability also play an important role?This paper first sorts out the findings about cognition and leads to the study status of the team cognitive ability.Then it reviews the study literature on behavioral integration and decision-making effect,analyzes the importance of behavioral integration in the team decision-making process,and summarizes various factors that affect the team's decision-making effects.Based on the literature review,the effect of cognitive ability on decision-making effect is analyzed in detail.And this paper also proposes relevant hypotheses and constructs a model of relationship between team cognitive ability and decision-making effect.Through the questionnaire survey method,use SPSS20.0 and AMOS21.0 software to do the reliability inspection,validity inspection and correlation analysis on the validity data,and then construct the structural equations.Finally,the research hypothesis was verified.This paper draws the following main conclusions: Firstly,the team cognitive ability has a certain influence on the decision-making effect.The two factors(perceptual cognition and rational cognition)of the team cognitive ability can improve the decision-making effect to different extents.Secondly,team behavior integration is seen as the core of the team operation process,also has a positive impact on the decision-making effect,that is,the higher the degree of team integration,the better the decision-making effect.At the same time,verify the intermediary role of the behavior integration between the team cognitive ability and decision-making effect,among them,the behavior integration plays completely mediating role between the perceptual cognitive and team-making decision effect,however,the behavior integration plays partial mediating role between the rational cognitive and team-making decision effect.Finally,through the study of this paper,the study on the relationship between team cognitive ability and decision-making effect is enriched,and it contributes to the higher-order theory,and at the same time it promotes and perfects the micro-foundation of strategic management theory.
