The aging of the population is now a common and very serious phenomenon in our country.A series of problems caused by the ageing of the population are also accentuated with the intensification of this phenomenon, including disability,semi-ability and loss. The increase in the number of intellectually minded old people is closely related to the “silver wave” in China. These phenomena have aroused the concern of elderly care, and responded to the development trend of the aging population society, improved the quality of life of the elderly in old age,and maintained long-term care insurance for social stability.Time has been pushed into the cusp of the storm. At present, the long-term care insurance mainly focuses on foreign scholars' in-depth research. However, the research on long-term care insurance of Chinese scholars is still in its infancy, and it is generally based on areas where the coastal areas or economic development are comparatively advanced as long-term care insurance. The research sample is lacking in targeted research in the central and western regions where population technology is larger and aging is more pronounced.Although Shandong province is also one of the provinces in the eastern region, its economic development rate is accelerating. However,as one of the regions with a large population base and the most severe population aging, the problems posed by aging, disability, and semi-disabled elderly. There is still no solution, and there is little research on long-term care insurance.Nowadays, with the exception of Qingdao and other coastal areas that have relatively deep research and practice on long-term care insurance, other areas in the central and western regions are still very few.The author analyzes the aging of the population in Shandong Province, conducts an in-depth study on the needs of long-term care insurance by designing a questionnaire, summarizes the survey questionnaires, and uses Logistic binary regression analysis to analyze the population of Shandong Province for long-term care insurance.Specific needs, and thus combined with Shandong's population structure actually proposed to promote the development of long-term care insurance policy recommendations. This article on long-term care insurance research is mainly divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction of the research. This part mainly summarizes the research background and research significance, summarizes domestic and foreign research literature related to the long-term care insurance demand under the background of population aging, and summarizes the research theories of different scholars about long-term care insurance.Inductive and collating, mastered the current research hotspots and frontier issues of long-term care insurance, found the innovative points of this paper's research, and provided useful lessons in theory and methods. The second part is mainly to define the long-term care insurance and other relevant concepts. The third part selects Shandong province as a research sample, analyzes the current situation of population aging in Shandong Province, the actual needs and development status of long-term care insurance in Shandong, and analyzes the reasons for the demand for long-term care insurance in Shandong Province, and also analyzes the current situation in Shandong. The status of long-term care insurance development in several major cities in the province is summarized. The fourth part uses Logistic regression analysis method to carry out statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey data carried out in this paper,so as to be able to effectively grasp the current status of the development of long-term care insurance in the country, the actual needs and influencing factors. The fifth part is the conclusion of this article.
