Compensation management is an important part of modern human resources management.A scientific and reasonable compensation system not only motivates employees to work hard to create value for the organization,but also helps organizations build a well-qualified team of employees in an increasingly competitive labor market.However,at present,for small and medium-sized private enterprises in China,a large part of them has not yet formed a complete compensation system.There are still many defects in various tasks.Therefore,the construction of a set ofcompensation system suitable for the development of enterprises is very necessary for China's small and medium-sized private enterprises,and has important practical significance.In this article,the author conducts an investigation and analysis of the current compensation system of Ruiwen Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.'s production staff and summarizes the current problems in the company's compensation system:the salary level does not have market competitiveness,the salary structure is unreasonable,and the salary grade setting is unscientific,the salary distribution process is not transparent,etc.Based on this,a set of compensation system improvement programs was proposed,the company's compensation strategy was determined,the position hierarchy was re-determined,the compensation structure was adjusted,and related management systems were perfectedthrough the application of related theories and methods of compensation management.The production staff's salary level has been greatly increased compared with the past,and the proportion of variable salary has been improved,which is conducive to enhancing the motivation of employees.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the compensation system improvement program,this paper analyzes the obstacles and resistances that may be encountered in the implementation process,formulates corresponding safeguard measures,and predicts the implementation results.The research results of this article have targeted the improvement and consummation of the compensation system of the production personnel of Ruiwen Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.,thus helping Ruiwen Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.to reduce the loss of production personnel,improve the employees' pay satisf-action,and effectively stimulate production.The work enthusiasm of the staff provides the driving force for the development of the company.At the same time,the compensation system improvement plan proposed in this paper also provides some reference and reference for the same type of small and medium-sized private enterprises.
