Research On The Impact Of Organizational Cooperation On Social Enterprise Innovation Behavior

In recent years,the contradiction between the rapid growth of public demand and the inadequacy of public goods service is prominent.The social enterprise has become an important innovative model for the inability of the public sector to provide social services and improve the market failure of the private sector in the public sector.It achieved a remarkable economic success in solving the difficult employment,large gap between urban and rural areas and the shortage of resources and environment protection.In the market competition,social enterprises not only need to create value in order to survive and develop,but also need to actively seek change and continue to innovate in the process of development.Innovation is the outstanding characteristic of social enterprises.Under the background that social enterprise development basic environment and innovation management system are still imperfect,social enterprise innovation behavior is particularly important for the long-term sustainable development of social enterprises.The previous research on social enterprise innovation mainly focused on inter-organizational cooperation,social entrepreneurial innovation spirit,etc.From the perspective of microcosmic and macro environment,researchers focus on analysis of individual social enterprise cases.However,most of the existing researches remain on theoretical analysis and case studies and there is only a small amount of empirical analysis.Lacking data support and research on social enterprise innovation behavior in the context of China.From the perspective of organization cooperation,this paper examines social enterprises in the Chinese mainland which considers the impact of internal organization cooperation and external organization cooperation on social enterprise innovation behaviors.More,this paper conducts systematic and structural empirical research by questionnaires and other methods.It provides a basis for the dynamic adjustment and sustainable development of social enterprise innovation behavior.
