Research On The Development Of Private Equity Fund In Yunnan Province And Its Countermeasures

With the continuous development of China's economy,the domestic capital market has also been developed at various levels,especially the investment of equity investment in emerging strategic industries has created a new economic growth point.China's equity investment market has not been stagnant because of the global economic downturn due to the government's aggressive fiscal policy and prudent monetary policy in the post crisis era.Equity investment in China mainly invest in small and medium-sized enterprises,these enterprises because of the small size,financing more difficult,so how better for these enterprises to provide financial support,help enterprises successfully financing,not only is one of the important content of China's financial reform,but also an important mission of equity investment.Yunnan is located in the southwest border,taking on the arduous task of China's open bridgehead for Southeast Asia.It is necessary to build a financial gathering place in the Pan Asian region.But the Yunnan equity market development is still not perfect,private equity market development is relatively slow,so the status of Yunnan Province on the equity market for further development of Yunnan private equity market,promoting the economic growth of Yunnan and the adjustment of Yunnan economic structure has ten important meanings.Equity investment mainly includes angel investment,venture capital,privateequity investment,private equity investment,and other private investment.This paper is based on the perspective of private equity investment,to expound the equity investment market.By comparing the domestic equity investment,we study the Yunnan equity investment market,and put forward suggestions for Yunnan private equity investment development.This paper mainly includes seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background and the current research situation both at home and abroad,and provides a theoretical basis for the thesis.The second part mainly introduces private equity investment,which is detailed from the financial investment management.The third part focuses on the status of equity investment in China and the current status of equity investment in Yunnan Province,and finds the difference from the development,so as to better develop the capital market in Yunnan province.The fourth part analyzes the private equity investment in Yunnan province from the macro and micro perspectives.The fifth part quantifies the financing choice of non listed companies through the model.The sixth part is the summary of this paper from the macro and micro aspects.Immature technology and lagging financial development are the common characteristics of four provinces in Southwest China.Private equity investment is an important driving force for economic development,and the government encourages private equity market development.Therefore,this paper studies the current situation of private equity in Yunnan and has an important application value for the development of equity investment in the southwest provinces.
