In early twentieth Century,the theory of marketing and sales channels in many industries in China have made considerable progress,more and more industries realize the importance of marketing channels,many enterprises have set up a channel sector,standardization of the channel management and channel must have a clear specification.With the perfection of the theory of marketing channel more and more,our project managers gradually realize that the success of the marketing channel management or not largely determine the success of the project,the project actively expand sales channels,increase the project's visit,and ultimately promote the project deal.The marketing project manager to pay more attention to marketing channel also grow with each passing day at home and abroad on the related theory,marketing channel management is not poor,the marketing channel management gradually have their own schools,more change from real estate development company mainly rely on government policy control to rely on the market and the enterprise regulation.At the same time the market is from the "product centric" to "consumer centric",sales channels to understand consumers,consumers and communication with the core means consumers as the enterprise,has become an important resource of the enterprise,the establishment of efficient and stable sales network,is also increasingly important to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.How to make the distribution channels properly configured,with the highest efficiency and the lowest cost of the product in a timely manner,to the hands of customers,this is the sales channel strategy to explore the basic content of the study.On the basis of marketing channel theory,research method of marketing channel management,channel marketing,summed up the theory and analysis of Shenyang Longhu channel as well as the status of the existing problems,according to the way of solving the problem of channel and channel marketing innovation research.Through the discovery of the present stage Longhu channel marketing problems,in-depth analysis of the causes of the problem,explore solutions to the problems,through the accumulation of experience,selection and control of the marketing channel and the enterprise internal management capabilities,product positioning,channel design,channel control,analysis and evaluation of risk control.Then according to the evaluation of various marketing channels in the enterprise's actual situation and the real estate market analysis and put forward the improvement scheme,enabling the company to be in a highly competitive market to improve the ability in the rational choice of marketing channel and process risk control.Through the research on the real estate marketing channels,to solve the convergence at the present stage of China's real estate marketing,marketing channels,provide some suggestions to the marketing channel management is not standard.For the real estate development enterprises control in the real estate marketing channel selection and channel management some beneficial exploration.For real estate enterprises to build a scientific and efficient marketing channels,and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises to put forward some useful reference and reference.
