At present,with the development of economic globalization and Chinese joined WTO,great changes have taken place in the domestic commercial bank market environment Corporate Banking Services marketing,commercial banks to enterprise customers increasingly fierce competition;at the same time,the enterprise customer's overall economic strength and scale,with the deepening of reform and opening up,the growing business needs,more diverse,and enterprises the financing channels increased,commercial bank credit to the dependence on the decline,lead to loyalty decline.This paper analyzes the existing difficulties of jiujiang branch of the Postal bank,and puts forward a series of solutions to these difficulties,such as promoting innovative products,establishing a customer relationship marketing system,building a team,optimizing the system,and boosting the real economy.The key point is to put forward how to build the customer relationship management platform for the public business marketing informatization,and analyze the problems existing in the construction platform,and put forward a reasonable solution to help the Postal bank Jiujiang Branch to solve the difficulties in the public business marketing.So that it can gain a firm foothold in future market competition. |
