Research On Internal Control Of QS Pesticide Company

In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the big pesticide companies in the world have created branches in China.At the same time,the small and medium pesticide enterprises in China have developed rapidly,resulting in the fierce market competition in the pesticide industry.In the fierce market competition,pesticide enterprises entered a meager profit economic era.In order to increase profits,enterprises need to reduce operation costs,and the cost of inventory is relatively large in the operation cost of enterprises.Therefore,strengthening the construction of internal control of enterprise inventory is particularly important for long-term and effective development of enterprises.QS company is a small and medium-sized pesticide company in China.In the past ten years,the construction of the internal control system of inventory has been ignored,which leads to the high cost of operation.This paper mainly aims at the extraction of inventory quantity and inventory fall reserve for the last three years of QS company,and uses the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis to analyze the present situation of the internal control of the enterprise inventory.Through the comparison and analysis of the three financial indexes related to inventory management with the stock assets,the turnover rate of inventory,the gross interest rate of sales,and the other five other companies with the same scale,we find that the enterprises are in the same scale.Inventory has been overloaded in recent years,resulting in huge economic losses.Based on the above problems of overstock and large loss in inventory,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the COSO framework,including internal control environment,risk awareness,control activities,information communication and transmission,supervision,and proposes to strengthen the construction of the internal control of inventory,improve the construction of risk assessment and supervision,optimize the internal control activities of inventory,and establish information.The concrete solutions to the communication mechanism are beneficial to the efficiency of enterprise capital operation,speed up the flow of enterprise funds,reduce the cost of inventory management and increase the profit of the enterprise.
