With the G20 international summit held in Hangzhou,in recent two years,the Convention and exhibition activities frequently,the number of meetings,exhibitions and activities increased rapidly,Hangzhou Convention and exhibition industry ushered in the development of spring again.At the same time,we should also see that the opportunity of Hangzhou exhibition industry also brings fierce competition,as the most active small and medium-sized private enterprises in the prosperity of the exhibition industry,weak market competitiveness,low level of enterprise management,so that in the face of opportunities but felt a huge threat.Therefore,it is particularly important for small and medium-sized private enterprises in the exhibition industry,such as Hangzhou x exhibition enterprises,to formulate the development strategy that can adapt to the post-G20 period and adapt to their own characteristics.Based on the above understanding,this paper adopts the literature research method and case study method in the research process,focusing on the analysis of small and medium-sized private exhibition enterprises in Hangzhou,and clarifies the characteristics and development strategies of the exhibition enterprises,as well as the concept and characteristics of the exhibition activities.This paper aims to analyze the future development strategy of the exhibition enterprises in the post-G20 period in Hangzhou,and select the Hangzhou x exhibition enterprises as a case study to further explore the development strategy of Hangzhou x exhibition enterprises.The research idea of this paper is to first understand and analyze the Hangzhou Convention and exhibition industry based on the post-G20 period of macro-analysis,competitiveness analysis,the existing problems and constraints,opportunities and challenges to explain the G20 summit,the exhibition enterprises are facing the external environment changes.Then the background and development process of the case enterprises are briefly summarized.Then,the development strategy of the great China area of the successful exhibition group is given,and the specific development strategy includes the mission and vision of Hangzhou x exhibition enterprise.Two-step strategic objectives of the enterprise;The overall strategic design of integration strategy and internationalization strategy;The enterprise management strategy design of differentiation strategy;The functional strategy design of guarantee strategy implementation:marketing strategy,human resource strategy and customer service strategy.Finally,the specific implementation of the strategy recommendations include:expanding sales channels,promoting exhibition service capacity,seeking external cooperation,changing the concept of choose and employ persons,stable financial funds,construction and strategic objectives consistent with the corporate culture.Through the case analysis of Hangzhou X exhibition enterprise and enterprise development strategy are given and the corresponding strategies,hoping for other small and medium-sized private enterprises in Hangzhou exhibition after the formulation of development strategies in the period of G20 target,development strategy and specific measures with security set development strategy plays a certain reference role.
