At present,with the continuous development of network technology and online shopping market in our country,online shopping has gradually become a favorite shopping way for consumers.However,the ultimate realization of online shopping transactions must rely on logistics and distribution services.As the last link of online shopping and the real contact between businesses and consumers,the quality of logistics and distribution services naturally influences the business operation and consumer experience and satisfaction,ultimately affecting consumer decision-making and then buying intentions.Therefore,studying how the service quality of logistics and distribution affects consumers' repeated purchase intention and purchase decision has an important positive meaning and effect for the further development of e-commerce and logistics industry.This article examines the impact of logistics and delivery service quality on consumer repurchase intention from the two dimensions of logistics delivery quality and product quality based on whether consumer purchase target is clear in online shopping.First of all,the paper summarizes the theoretical results related to this research topic,including the perceived quality of logistics and distribution services,perceived quality of goods and the factors that influence the decision-making purchasing behavior.Then,based on previous studies on influencing factors of consumer re-purchase decision-making as well as relevant literature research on logistics delivery service quality perception and product quality perception,this article puts forward the research hypotheses and builds the main theoretical model.Then,the empirical questionnaire design and data collection were completed according to the measurement indexes,and the sample data was verified by the multivariate regression method of spss software.The results show that the clear objective of the purchase is to strengthen the regulation of the logistics delivery service quality and the quality of the goods,the pickup distance,pick-up time and pick-up method significantly affect consumers' perceived quality of logistics and distribution services,commodity prices,to affect the quality of the consumer's perception of the goods,and ultimately affect conspurchases.Finally,based on the research results of the dissertation,some suggestions umer willingness to repeat on quality improvement of logistics and distribution service are proposed in a targeted way,so as to hopefully have some positive effects on the development of the electricity supplier business.
