Research On Internal Control Of Administrative Institutions In A County Of Ningbo

"Internal control" of the term was first mentioned in 1936 in the United States,the development of the internal control of foreign advanced and perfect,and China is the basic norms of internal control of enterprises was issued in 2008,the administrative institutions internal control standard is formulated in 2012,and in January 1,2014 began.The development of internal control in our country started late,so we should pay more attention to its development.The research on internal control of administrative institutions is of great significance.It helps to regulate the activities of all units in economic activities,protect the security of state property and improve the efficiency of public service.Documents and administrative institutions based on the domestic and foreign internal control related theories are discussed,then the research of the administrative county of Ningbo City,A internal control unit,designed to regulate the situation after three years of implementation and problems of internal control in administrative institutions.The first small part of the units issued questionnaires to improve the content of the questionnaire,then survey information meetings,staff and the WeChat group,QQ group visited the unit and telephone inquiries through the administrative institutions,and then using qualitative and quantitative analysis of questionnaire,the conclusions of the investigation.According to the results of questionnaire and interview,combined with the unique internal control integrated framework and the theory of administrative institutions,starting from the unit level and operational level,the current situation of internal control of the administrative units of A County of Ningbo city and the analysis of existing problems,aiming at the existing problems put forward the improvement proposal.This paper aims to study the present situation of internal control of administrative units in A County of Ningbo city and the existing problems,to provide practical experience in the construction of internal control,internal control to truly implement each of the administrative institutions,and gradually improve the system of internal control in China.
