| In recent years,the global economic downturn has led to a large reduction in foreign orders,and the domestic garment manufacturing industry is facing the pressure of survival.Orders are gradually returning to china.At the same time,the State Council also issued "C hina made 2025","the State Council on the promotion of processing trade innovation and development of a number of opinions" and other policies,to promote the processing trade enterprises from OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer)to O DM(Original Design Manufacture),OBM(Own Branding & Manufacturing)way development.The author found that in practice,more and more domestic fast fashion clothing enterprises by adding buyers post in the product development process,design,integration of increasing domestic ODM supplier resources,has formed China local characteristics of fast fashion product development mode,the fast fashion and Zhao Hongshan and other scholars at home and buy a mobile phone system the clothing industry integration view.The combination of the new development mode and the domestic garment industry will have a synergistic transformation effect on the brand providers and suppliers,forming a new apparel industry chain,and significantly enhancing product development flexibility and reducing the development time,which is worth promoting.At the same time,for the demand of the market,clothing products exhibit a personalized,small batch,multi type,social networks let the fashion spread faster,more and more difficult to predict future trends,establish cooperation relationship with suppliers and with its information,design and production of resources,can effectively cope with the changing market environment.Guided by the theory of virtual management,this study analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of domestic fast fashion brand buyer's product development from a macro perspective after the in-depth study of fast fashion brands in C hina.For the further study of domestic fast fashion brand product development and buyers development and the domestic apparel industry integration,the Semir group's fast fashion brand G brand for a long time to track events,functions and operation mode analysis of the product development team of buyers,summed up the G brand product development process.Through theoretical research and practical experience summary,the author improves and optimizes the development process of G brand product from the perspective of collaborative development of brand and supplier,and gets good feedback after actual operation.In order to further help G brand optimize product development process,the G brand product development process is also simulated and analyzed.When G brand design speed is increased by 25%,it can maintain stable operation and further improve development efficiency. |
