Research On Risk Management Of Public-Private Partnerships Project In The Comprehensive Development Of Industrial New Town

With the growth of our city's rise,tthe traditional model has gradually exposed many shortcomings,resource development and separation of contradictions and problems in rural areas of the city's,this phenomenon is not conducive to the development of a socialist harmonious society,at the same time,resulting in wasted the ecological environment has been destroyed,resulting in poor resources.In this case,put forward a new model of urbanization,the development and construction of the integration of city and rural,urban and rural synchronized pace of development,emphasizing the combination of city and livable,renovation of the related industries,increase the construction of new industries,improvement of the relevant industry system in order to avoid the disadvantages of the traditional city.In the process of metro construction industry in the current government capital planning for the construction of the project,but due to lack of funds and personnel,the government is faced with many difficulties in the process of project construction,so,join the Public-Private Partnerships mode in the project construction,can effectively solve the problems arising in the construction process,to pave the way for new China city.However,the introduction of Public-Private Partnerships mode into the construction of industrial new city will face many risks.How to avoid these risks efficiently is a part that Public-Private Partnerships projects need to pay attention to.In this paper,in the course of the study in the industrial town of PPP project risk management as the core,the concept of feature at first industrial town and Public-Private Partnerships project were introduced,so as to identify the risk factors,after two times of expert consultation,established the industrial town of PPP project risk evaluation index system,constructs the risk evaluation model.Finally,the risk evaluation of Meishan District of Pengshan city Public-Private Partnerships project,that is of practical significance in the risk evaluation model,the evaluation results can be drawn from the Meishan District of Pengshan city Public-Private Partnerships project risk level is higher,according to the result of risk assessment to determine the risk sharing system and the corresponding measures.The research results in this paper can play a referenced role in risk management of Public-Private Partnerships project in Pengshan District of Meishan,and guide other Public-Private Partnerships projects in other industrialcities.
