With the development and maturation of the market economy,the market competition of all walks of life has become increasingly fierce.Many small and medium-sized companies have realized that in the course of development,they can bring benefits to the company through customer relationship management.With the development and progress of computer technology,the previously large and expensive customer relationship management(hereinafter referred to as CRM)system has been gradually reduced to lightweight and low-cost,enabling many companies to purchase or develop their own CRM systems.This article takes a Taekwondo training company as a case study.Firstly analyzes the company's current situation and future development goals;Then according to the existing customer information,similar points are drawn,the characteristics of potential customers are described,and some of the customers' hobbies are excavated;Market situation,analyzing the potential competitors and direct competitors with Porter's five-force model and Porter's competitor analysis.At the same time,according to the market situation,the strategy of the competitors can be guessed;the market capacity of Jilin City is estimated by analogy.Analyzing the needs of potential customers,and combine the company's own situation to target customers.According to the actual situation of the market and the daily behaviors of the target customers,this paper follows the principle of “consolidating old customers and opening up new customers”.From the perspective of design functions,this paper formulates the construction plan of the CRM system and the functions or use of some modules.Program.After the company used the CRM system,the authors retrieved the recent database and compared the sales data of the same month last year,and analyzed the customer's satisfaction with the new software and the actual increase of new customers.By comparing the CRM system and the non-use of the CRM system between different branch companies at the same time,it is concluded that the reference of the CRM system increases the number of customers of the company by about 5%.Finally,the author gives the conclusion of the above research: The citation of CRM system can not only increase the number of users,but also establish a good technology image for the company.Looking into the future,the author puts forward several system inadequacies and corresponding upgrade methods.At the same time,I also want to introduce the popular “big data” technology and machine learning theories on the basis of the WeChat public platform so that the CRM system can achieve more Good results.
