Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic development has made remarkable achievements.With the process of industrialization accelerating the problem of "agriculture,countryside and peasants",the "three rural issues" has become a major problem facing China's development,Farmers"problem as a fundamental.It is one of the effective means to solve the peasant problem by speeding up the peasant occupation differentiation and can effectively solve the problem of rural surplus labor,increase the income of farmers and promote the diversified development of rural economy.To speed up the peasant occupation differentiation can effectively narrow the urban and rural income gap,so that the harmonious development of urban and rural areas,so as to build a socialist harmonious society.Based on the present situation of farmer career development in Datong City,this study is carried out empirical analysis.The relevant official data collection and finishing,and on this basis for field investigation and study,Datong City,six counties farmers to conduct a sample survey,and based on this data,the macro macro factors of farmers and their occupational differentiation between the Analysis of the study,from the analysis of various factors affecting the peasant occupation differentiation.In terms of macroeconomic factors,the level of local economic development is positively related to the peasant occupational differentiation level.The social security system of urban and rural areas,which is suitable for urban and rural areas,will hinder the process of peasant occupation differentiation.The perfect labor market mechanism is beneficial to the peasant occupation differentiation.In terms of micro factors,the peasants' gender,age,educational level,whether party members,cultivated land area,village and county are separated,and the number of village enterprises has a certain degree of relationship with their ability to divide their peasants.On the basis of the research and analysis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on promoting the differentiation of peasant occupation in Datong:including adjusting the industrial structure to enhance the absorptive capacity of industrial and industrial enterprises in the second and third industries,perfecting the social security system of urban and rural integration,perfecting the labor market system and perfecting the land circulation system,To strengthen farmer training,encourage farmers to start,vigorously develop township enterprises.
