Since the 1990s,with the development of the knowledge economy and the rise of economic globalization,the competition environment of enterprises is increasing.In order to achieve the overall optimization of enterprise management,business management activities should be undertaken in the effective strategic guidance.Therefore,enterprise strategic management is the core content of modern management.Life should be colorful.The pursuit of business should be an exciting mix of multiple benefits.At present,the studies of scholars on the strategy gradually deepened.Most of them are related to strategic management practices,but pay less attention to the theory of the structure of the research strategy.Aiming at the strategic structure of the target,this paper proposed identification methods of practical strategies and evaluation methods of structures ideal strategic structure,and designed a method of measuring the deviation between the ideal strategic structure and the actual structure,to provide theoretical support for strategic analysis and strategic adjustment.The paper argued that the strategic structure of the target is the form and measurement criteria which can determine multi-dimensional values of organization in a certain period,and it is the specific expression on content and structure of core values of organization.The structure could be explained by weighted proportions.The ideal strategic structure is got by expert assessment and the actual structure is got by competing priorities comment.By using Euclid approach degree European to measure the degree of deviation,so as to provide basis of strategic analysis for strategic decision.Finally,this paper verified the feasibility and the validity of the method through case analysis,and it is helpful to improve theory and practice of strategic management.
