Since the 21st century,talents become the precious treasure of all enterprises.Therefore,enterprises pay more attention to recruit external personnel(newcomers for short),at the same time,companies also pay more attention to internal personnel(tenants for short),they put more energy into how to cultivate talents,management talents and retain talents.But as the number of job seekers(tenants and newcomers)and posts' demand for talent have increased rapidly,the crying needs is how to match the job seekers(occupant and the occupant)and posts effectively.And it's difficult to solve this kind of matching problem through traditional bilateral matching,therefore,Making an research on two-sided matching decision model between applicants and positions with tenants has very important practical and theoretical significance.Currently,there are few scholar stuies the two-sided matching problem with tenants,and the only research while considering the tenants,but not from the perspective of considering multi-index information,only a few scholar consider the matching problem with the information of stochastic preference sequence,but they did not give the innovative algorithm,only use the original G-S algorithm to solve this matching.Therefore,in order to better meet job seekers' needs and the demand of positions,decision method is given in this paper based on multiple attribute information and preference sequence,information,respectively.In this paper,the contribution mainly from the following three aspects:(1)Refined two-sided matching about applicants and positions with tenants.Aim at two real recruitment mechanism--"one-stop" recruitment and "two steps" recruitment methods,this paper considered about the "one-stop" recruitment methods,make a detailed research on two-sided matching about applicants and positions with tenants.(2)Refined two-sided matching with tenants which considers about multiple-index information and constructs the optimization model.The research framework of the problem and the description are presented,and according to the characteristics of the tenants and the characteristics of one to many matching,this paper builds multi-objective optimization model which mainly concerned bout maximum the satisfaction of two sides and minimum the number of the tenants return to their original positions.(3)Refined two-sided matching with tenants which considers about preference order information and the corresponding algorithm is presented.The research framework and the description of the question is presented.Based on the characteristic of tenants,the expanded ES algorithm is designed which considered about the satisfaction of two sides.In view of the "one-stop" recruitment methods,this paper put forward the research framework of the two-sided matching problem with tenants.At same time,in order to further improve the two-side matching about applicants and positions with tenants.this paper builds multi-objective optimization model and designs the expanded ES algorithm.The constructed model and the designed algorithm not only effectively solve this matching problem,but also provide a theoretical foundation and reference for the two-sided matching with tenants.
