Study On The Construction Of Zhangzhou City As A Famous Food City

As the first " Famous Food City in Southern China ",Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province accelerates the development of food industry by building a global food distribution center which is of strategic significance for building a modern industrial system and promoting the leapfrog development of the local economy.This paper not only studies the historical sources and heritage of Zhangzhou foodstuff industry,but also concludes the advantages and disadvantages of deepening theconstruction of Zhangzhou as a famous foodstuff city,including the advantages of resources,industry,scale,relationship with Taiwan and policy,and the disadvantages of brand,further processing of agricultural products,raw material production and comprehensive auxiliary facilities of industry.It discusses the current issues existing in foodstuff industry of Zhangzhou,and points out that the following phenomena,such as stopping production of a considerable number of food enterprises,the slowly growing added value of food industry,have greatly affected the foodstuff industry as a leading industry to become the strongest one.It analyzes the causes of these problems,they are the continuously rising costs of labor of enterprises,the price drop of factory products,the reducing product demand,shortage of orders,the falling exportation,the abnormal enterprise fund circulation and foodstuff security.Based on the above study,the paper puts forward the strategies and suggestion on deepening the construction of Zhangzhou as a famous food city by analyzing and concluding the police feasibility,the countermeasures,the future goals and developing direction.They are mainly as follows: cultivating leading enterprises and strengthening the food technological innovation to strengthen brand building;Outstanding food quality and security by guiding enterprises to enhance the quality awareness of security and strengthening monitoring to strengthen food safety supervision in multiple means;Strengthening the construction of standardization system,expanding ecological types of raw materials production base;promoting the enterprise technology and management,by promotion of food industry technology content,strengthening the internal management of enterprises and mining their potential;Doing a good job of marketing and development by means of innovation of marketing mode,expanding domestic and foreign markets,strengthening policy support by increasing export policy guarantee to enhance the export competitiveness of enterprises;Increasing financial support for efforts to ease tension enterprise funds and strengthening enterprise to support and enhance enterprise development.
