A Study On The Synergistic Effect Of CSR And CNR Merger And Reorganization

At present,under the background of deepening reform of state-owned enterprises in our country,China's industrial structure and governance structure are gradually improved,and the capital market mechanism is becoming more and more perfect.This has led to the frequent and frequent activities of many large state-owned listed companies.And the merger and reorganization between enterprises is an important means for enterprises to gain an advantage in the competition.With the continuous progress of the process of urbanization,rail transit equipment has become an indispensable component in the construction of urban transport facilities.World Rail transport equipment,the two leading enterprises China South Locomotive and China North car merger of the news once released,immediately led to some domestic scholars on the South,North car merger effect concerns.On the one hand,the analysis of the effect of the merger of enterprises is conducive to the supervisors or scholars from the perspective of market competition on the impact of the competitiveness of the merger;the other hand,the North-South car merger synergies will also affect the welfare of the whole society,Development of Future Rail Transportation Equipment Industry.This paper takes the merger case of China South Locomotive and China North Vehicle as the starting point in the background of the reform of state-owned enterprises in our country.The main consideration is whether the synergies will be produced after the merger of South and North vehicles.Firstly,the concept and theory of synergistic effect are introduced,and the classification of synergistic effect is discussed.Second,a brief introduction to the history of China South Locomotive and China North car,North and South car merger background,merger program and process.Then,the EVA economic growth model is used to study the synergistic effect of China South Locomotive and China North Vehicle,and the synergistic effect of the merger and reorganization is analyzed by empirical analysis and practical situation.Finally,through the analysis of the merger of North and South cars,the author puts forward the opinions and suggestions on deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises in China,and promotes the reform and development of state-owned enterprises in the process of reform and development.The country's state-owned enterprises are optimized in terms of resource management and development ability.
