The Research On The Impact Of The Information Industry On The Efficiency Of Trading

Transaction cost is the most critical basic concept in the new institutional economics,after decades of development,now the concept has a very rich connotation since it was put forward by Coase.At the same time,the transaction cost is used to thinking of many economic problems for its important function.Combing the transaction cost of past research shows that whether Williason's and North's definition of transaction costs from the perspective of contract,or Mr Doug peterson and basil definition,made from the perspective of property right transaction costs can feel some kind of connection between transaction cost and information,or Eggertsson's and Barzel's definition of transaction costs Combing the transaction cost of past research shows that whether Williamson and,from the perspective of contract,the definition of transaction costs from the perspective of property,we can feel some kind of connection between transaction cost and information.In recent years,China's information industry has the rapid development.With the development of information industry,the information technology upgrade fastly,information infrastructure has also gradually perfect,the worldwide human in information processing,storage and transmission is more and more convenient.The relationship between the development of information industry and the the transaction cost is highlighted.On the basis of the correlation theoy,firstly,the paper analyzes the mechanism that information industry how to influence transaction costs(transaction efficiency).The paper believes that the technological innovation brought by development of information can reduce the cost of information search,help people broaden the boundary of the bounded rationality,and reduce the degree of information asymmetry,reduce coasts of contract supervision,reduce the whole society's transaction costs,improve the efficiency of deals.In order to verify the above mechanism the correctness of the analysis furtherly,the paper uses1979-2013 the statistical data in 30 provinces,and adopts the method of stochastic frontier production function model to measure and analyze the transaction efficiency of trading industy,to identify the life cycle phase of the information industry,and based on the above,we analyze the factors influcing efficiency of trade industry.Finally we get the following preliminary conclusions: from the perspective of transaction efficiency,the efficiency of trading industry in our country,on the whole,presebts a trend of increase year by year,but still have obvious regional difference,especially in the western region,the efficiency has been lower than the national average level;From the factors influencing efficiency of transaction analysis,the information industy in the phase of formation has little influence on trade efficiency.After growth,the development of information industry in China plays a positive role on China's transaction efficiency.From the perspective of national policy,our country should will support the information infrastructure construction in the western region,and as economic underdeveloped regions,we should pay more attention to the cultivation and development of information technology industry.Secondly,the system and the education as the important factors that influence efficiency of transactions should also be equally valued.If information as technical factors that influence efficiency of transaction,system is always the decisive factors influencing the transaction efficiency.Since a long time of the transaction efficiency is enhanced unceasingly in China,lies in the advancement of market-based reform and improvement of market system,the fundamental reform direction is still we insist for a long time and effort.From the perspective of transaction efficiency,the improvement of education level can greatly improve people in learning and using all kinds of knowledge and skills related to the trading activities of opportunities,thus affecting the trading efficiency of the whole society.In fact,education as a country's soft power,in the modern economy to improve the resources endowment,plays an important role on improving the total factor productivity.
