Tai'an City Irs Tax Collection Problems And Countermeasure Research

Tax management is essential in the national governance system,tax levy could show the tax governance capacity.Compared with the requirements of economic and social development,the promotion of national governance system and the modernization of governance capacity,tax management system is still not explicit enough in China,Formal law enforcement doesn't exit.It is not convenient that scientific evidence was lacking,the organization is not perfect and the environment is not optimized.Combined with the current situation of Taxation Bureau in Taian City,this paper starts from the theory of tax levy,which contains the existing problems and causes.This paper analyzes the new situation contradiction of the current tax levy,benefits from foreign,and it uses the methods of data analysis and theoretical analysis to explore the direction of building a scientific tax levy system.To improve the tax collection,this paper gives proposals and measures,and imagine the system of basic tax revenue.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part summarizes and expounds the concept,purpose,characteristics and basic composition of tax levy.The second part introduces the situations,main methods and achievements of tax levy in Taian City.The third part is based on the actual tax revenue of Taian Taxation Bureau,and the existing problems and causes are studied.The fourth part draws lessons from the trend of foreign tax levy,it analyzes some domestic practices and explores the method of reform.In The fifth part,this paper puts forward the suggestion of optimizing the tax revenue,many ways of reformation from every aspect.It highlights the key role of risk management,strengthens the information of tax management.
