Research On The Construction Of Regional Financial Center Of Shenyang

Finance is the core of modern economy and the lifeblood of economic operation.It plays an important role in the development of national economy and society.The city financial center can produce agglomeration and radiation effect,and then promote the development of financial industry.After entering in twenty-first century,China's financial industry is booming,financial institutions are increasing,and financial products and innovation are happening every day.Shenyang is the center of Northeast China's largest city,the development of the financial industry has certain advantages in the local area,the State Council and the National Development and Reform Commission approved the establishment of the national economic zone of Shenyang new industrialization comprehensive reform pilot area,becoming the eighth batch of complex test area,clearly accelerate the construction of Shenyang regional financial center in Northeast china.Therefore,Shenyang has the right to construct the northeast regional financial center naturally.Based on this background,this paper studies the construction of regional finance center in Shenyang.This article,firstly,states the Chinese and foreign scholars' studies on the issue of financial center,a series of studies on the general,including the financial agglomeration theory,growth pole theory and financial geography theory,in-depth study of the interaction of formation,regional financial center and regional financial center and the development of regional economic and financial development.Then it analyzes the current situation of the development of the financial industry in two cities of Guangzhou and Wuhan.Then the longitudinal comparison of Shenyang's social economic and financial industry development status,then between Shenyang,Harbin,Changchun and Dalian,the largest four northeast cities,the advantages and disadvantages of financial development in Shenyang.Finally,it is the policy recommendations.The Shenyang municipal government should actively grasp the initiative to take effective measures to accelerate the construction of the Northeast regional financial center.
