Compared with other industries,banks face a higher risk.risk is ubiquitous in its business activities.Credit risk refers to the banks face various risks in the process of credit.The analysis of credit risk effectively can effectively prevent a loss of banks in the business of credit assets,because the credit business accounted for in the credit business is high,so the analysis of credit risk can also make a certain contribution to rural credit risks.With its credit business is extensive and complex,the credit risk is increasing.How to control risk effectively has become the important research content of credit risk management.Primary mission is to identify risk,the next is to monitor and early warn.This paper takes the credit enterprise financial analysis as the research content,financial analysis in the credit risk analysis for purpose,elaborates the selection of medium and long-term rural industrial and commercial loans as the research object.This paper has four chapters.The first chapter introduces the basic theory of credit risk analysis and financial analysis,this paper expounds the content of the rural credit cooperatives credit risk,the causes and the importance of credit risk analysis in financial analysis and steps;the second chapter expounds the credit risk analysis of LF rural credit cooperative,the main purpose is to reinforce paper convincing;starting the third chapter,since the credit risk identification and early warning,discuss the problems in financial analysis.Credit risk recognition is mainly refers to the credit enterprise's solvency,operation ability and profitability of the limitations.Credit risk monitoring and early warning is the lack of focusing on the analysis of the financial statements abnormal situation,and the lack of ratio analysis of cash flow.The fourth chapter is aims at putting forward the improvement and perfection as the third chapter discusses various problems and makes actual case.
