| In recent years,with China's rapid economic development,small and medium-sized enterprises gradually become an ignorable force in the national economy.SMEs play an important role in the improvement of economic structure,promotion of employment and technology innovation,maintenance of social stability.At the same time,due to the accelerated pace of marketlization and disintermediation of financial industry,big enterprises less depend on and contribute to commercial banks.Therefore,commercial banks pay more and more attention to the business cooperation with SMEs.However,financing difficulties encountered by SMEs have become bottlenecks for commercial banks to expand SMEs business.In order to win the recognition of market and improve profit rate,it becomes critical for commercials banks to design credit business process which can resolve the problem of financing difficuties of SMEs and make them satisfied.In this paper,by using scientific and systemetic methods and theories of credit gap,the enterprise life cycle,industry cluster and others,combined with the working practice of the author,a full study on the present management of SMEs credit business of the Lanzhou branch of China Merchants Bank is carried out.By thorough analyzation of problems and its causes in the business management and reference to the lessons drawn from domestic and international commercial banks,a conceptual design to optimize the present management system of SMEs credit business is put forward.Furtherly,the critical points of this conceptual design and the improvement of supporting measures needed for the effective implentation of the new design are also underlined.At last,the advantages and disadvantages are compared. |
