Service Process Optimization Theory rise in the 1990s,has been widely used in the traditional production enterprises.Such as cars,computers,telecommunications andother industries.After entering the 21st century,with advances in technology and open markets,domestic commercial banks are facing more complex business environment,increasing pressure on the operation,visionary initiative by banks to obtain future process optimization core competitive advantage.The net of bank is the main bank competition,bank branch network service quality directly affects the bank to customer maintenance and network performance.By accounting transactions in bank branches leading to the marketing services leading change today,with unified standard network service process.Implementation services standardization and consistency of the customer experience is extremely important practical significance.Must by identifying the guide,contact bank branch marketing,business processing and other aspects of the specification and ascend,further repair and maintenance of customer relationships,improve customer satisfaction and reputation for the Banks,so as to enhance market competition ability of the bank branch.Firstly,in order to service existing bank XY background processes to collect the relevant data service processes project,the existing theory,case studies and practical experiences were summarized and analyzed,and targeted focus on literature study;the next of its own work experience,industry relationships and the use of good communication conditions,questionnaires and inspection services accurate way,real good data collection,data;the data is then collected for analysis and sorting to obtain banking services on an XY process issues,after optimization services from the bank XY actual start exploring targeted service process optimization,XY banking problems largely solved in the service of process,customer satisfaction XY banks are more evident before promotion.
