Study On Inventory Model Of Supply Chain In FMCG Under Uncertain Environment

The industry of fast-moving consumer goods occupies very important position in global economy,the consumption of people's daily life is almost inseparable from it.With the constantly development of economy and technology,the retail enterprises only rely on their own ability is difficult to survive in the market competition which is increasingly fierce.Therefore,the competition of retail enterprises competition is more of the whole supply chain system.Inventory management is an important aspect in retail enterprise management,in order to improve the competitive advantage,enterprises in a supply chain node should collaborate to share information,improve the forecast ability of demand,and develop the optimal strategy of inventory management.Inventory management mode of supply chain is a kind of techniques based on supply chain management.It can reduce the amount of inventory and increase the sales of supplier at the same time.This article analysis the inventory status quo and the problems need to be resolved in the FMCG industry,and concluded that applying the thought of supply chain management to the inventory management is necessary and feasible.Based on the analysis of problems which the industry is facing,combined with the actual situation,according to the different formats in FMCG industry,choose suitable mode of supply chain inventory management.For the supply chain including supermarkets and suppliers,management strategy of CPFR is more suitable,which means study the collaborative replenishment model on the basis of collaborative planning and forecasting.This article introduced characteristics and theoretical models of CPFR.Based on CPFR theory,build the mode of replenishment quantity and replenishment period for collaborative replenishment module,then using numerical example illustrates the coordinated replenishment model can reduce the total cost in supply chain.Finally,the software simulation analysis was carried out,to observe the changes of total cost before and after collaborative replenishment and further validate the model in the role of inventory cost saving.But when supply chain is three-level or multi-stage,CPFR model with mainly communication is not convenient,so in view of the supply chaiu system including suppliers,distributors and retailers,the paper adopts the VMI mode.On the basis of introducing characteristics,basic principles,advantages and disadvantages of VMI.bring in concept of contract,expound the importance of the design and application of contract in supply chain management,build the profit model of node enterprises after contract type iss determined,and analysis the benefit it will carried out for supply chain.
