Attract:Since the reform and opening up,China's economy and technology have got a major breakthrough,and China's telecommunications industry as one of the greatest achievement during the development of China's reform and opening up and economy has achieved great success in business operations,technology services,innovation and development.China Telecom industry has changed from nothing,from poverty and blankness to establish a three-dimensional communication network throughout the country and connecting the world;from a country known as no telephone to own the world's largest communications network;From the serious constraints to the development of the national economy to increase the development of the national economy more than 10 to 30 percentage points in the past few decades,which reflects the great success of China's reform and opening up.After a great change,LT has realized the perfect combination with China Netcom,which has developed into a comprehensive telecom operating company with both wireless and cable communication and broadband network.With the rapid development of communication technology and the arrival of the era of 4G,China telecom market will face a new round of reform,all business development of major telecom operators,will bring a lot of talent demand.Compensation is undoubtedly the most powerful tool to attract,motivate,develop and retain talent.Firstly,this paper introduces the purpose and significance of the study,and points out the basic value of the study of the compensation scheme optimization through a detailed analysis of the relevant concepts and characteristics of the payment management and system.Then,the paper expounds the research status of domestic and foreign related payment theory and enterprise related payment theory from the perspective of human resources,and combined with the status of LT company,to find out the existing problems of the company.The paper expounds the function and significance and the profound influence of the outstanding payment scheme,and points out that the outstanding payment scheme can not only improve the staffs enthusiasm,unity and creativity,but also enhance the company's cohesion,and solve the problem of brain drain.Finally,the paper analyzes the internal and external factors affecting the enterprise's payment system from all aspects,and analyzes the problems through a questionnaire survey,and at last to find out the root cause of the problem and propose the improvement measures for the company's actual situation.At the end of the paper,it introduces the implementary process of the optimized payment scheme and the work of each stage in detail,and draws a conclusion about the effect and function of the scheme which are determined by the implementary result of the payment scheme and the feedback of all staff.?...
