Optimization Research On The Development Strategy Of The Zhong Bao Mansion Co.,Ltd.

Strategy determines the enterprise development direction and prospects,but also affects the enterprise institutions operating state,throughout the various stages of enterprise development,is the key of the enterprise forward.In the early 1980 s after the embryonic form of the Shanghai office market,the municipal office building industry is developing very rapidly,has now is one of the industry competition.Many childish writing building in the fierce competition has been aware of the importance of strategy for enterprise development,by making enterprise strategic planning and development,in order to improve competitiveness.This paper mainly discusses the Zhong Bao Mansion co.,LTD.As the office building for planning its own strategic way and business competition,how to analyze and formulate the overall strategy of the company.This paper first introduces the background of the Shanghai office building industry characteristics,combined with the Zhong Bao Mansion co.,LTD.,macro environment,industry environment and internal environment of internal and external factors evaluation;Using BCG and SWOT matrix to match information analysis,and then by QSPM matrix analysis demonstrated that the strategic system of the Zhong Bao Mansion co.,LTD.Finally,in determining the Zhong Bao Mansion co.,LTD.,strategic system is put forward on the basis of how to implement the strategic implementation and control.In this paper,from the perspective of a micro enterprises,using theoretical and empirical method,proposed a method of writing building strategy system and practical application.Hope for the development of the industry as a whole office way out through the level of strategy formulation and implementation has certain exploring significance.
