With the rapid increase of market competition, technical innovation has becomethe main way of gaining competitive advantage for enterprises. More and morecompanies recognize the urgency and necessity to carry out technologyinnovation.Because the organizational structure and business processes can not adaptto the demand of technical innovation and many enterprises lack the innovativeculture and their organizational learning ability and the effect of sharing knowledgeare not so good, which hindered enterprise technological innovation. The structuralcapital is a important means of adding value and a important source of creating profits.It is a catalyst for the development of enterprises. The structural capital is the key totechnical innovation. But the business community is not fully aware of the importanceof structural capital and the management of structural capital is still blind. At thesame time, how to effectively share knowledge to provide the knowledge needed as toenhance the technical innovation ability, which has become a common concern.Therefore, this article from the knowledge-sharing view to research into that theimpact of structure of high-tech capital to the technological innovation performancehas a certain theoretical and practical value.In this paper, the research of the relationship between structural capital andtechnological innovation is performed as the main line. combined with the researchthat domestic and foreign scholars in the evaluation of structural capital and itsrelationship with technical innovation performance, the structure of capital has beendivided into the organizational structure, organizational culture, organizational studyand business processes four dimensions.This paper proposed the conceptual modelfor the relationship between capital structure and technological innovationperformance, analyzed the mediating role of the effect mechanism that the fourdimensions of the high-tech enterprise structural capital to the technical innovationand knowledge-sharing between the two intermediaries. Mechanism proposed by theresearch hypothesis, using questionnaires for data collection, the use of descriptivestatistics, reliability and validity testing, correlation analysis, regression analysis andother methods of empirical research. The results showed that: the structural capital ofhigh-tech enterprise organizational structure, organizational culture, organizationallearning and business processes of technological innovation performance has asignificant positive impact; knowledge sharing on innovation performance has asignificant positive impact; knowledge sharing in high-tech enterprises structure between the capital and technological innovation performance there was a significantmediating effect.Actively development and scientific management of structural capital, increasein flexibility of organizational structure, improvement in the learning mechanism,promotion in innovative culture, harmony in streamline business processes, reductionin operating costs, improve in innovation performance. Nurture members knowledgesharing will enhance the knowledge absorption capacity; enhance staff interaction,enhancing technology innovation performance. May this study have some significancein improving the knowledge sharing mechanism and in enhancing the technologicalinnovation performance. |
