With the increasing saturation of C-band resources of conventional satellite communication,and the development of mobile base stations to high-frequency,the interference of satellite communication below X-band is gradually strengthened.The large-scale use of Ku band and Ka band satellite communication has become the major trend of satellite communication development.The demand for more mobile satellite communication determines the rise of SOTM?Satellite communication On The Move?antenna.The core device of the antenna used for sending and receiving signals is the feed network.In this thesis,a new type of Ku/Ka dual-band antenna feed network design is taken as the research subject,and how to realize Ku/Ka dual-band and dual-tracking is mainly studied.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1?The realization of Ku/Ka dual band tracking transceiver feed network is studied systematically.In this thesis,a new type of dual band time-sharing operation mode of SOTM antenna is presented.The device is decomposed according to the function to be realized.2?Carry out simulation design for each microwave device.According to the system decomposition and antenna electrical structure characteristics,select the appropriate device type.A scheme of large opening corrugate horn is selected as the feed to ensure good radiation characteristics.Two kind of TE21 mode couplers are designed for the tracking of two bands.The TE21 mode synthetic network is miniaturized for this project.The circular polarization of Ka band is realized by corrugated waveguide polarizer,which ensures good phase shifting performance in the transceiver band.The Ka non-adjustment OMT is used to replace the previous screw adjustment OMT to reduce the adjustment work.Ku OMT selects integrated filter design to meet the installation requirements of antenna structure.The electrical simulation of each device is optimized to ensure the design index.3?System cascade simulation.After the simulation and optimization of each device,the whole system is simulated in cascade to determine that the performance of th whole feed network can reach the design goal.The advantage of cascade simulation is that it is not necessary to build all models in the same model,and the accuracy of calculation can be guaranteed with less calculation.4?Test verification.The simulation device is processed and tested.The test results and simulation results are compared to verify the accuracy of simulation optimization,and according to the test results,give guidance to the processing technology.Test the electrical index of the whole system and meet the technical requirements.
