This article uses data from the World Bank Corporate Survey(2012)survey of Chinese manufacturing companies to study the impact of human capital investment on corporate innovation under different ownerships.The results show that: human capital investment in technology-based enterprises will promote corporate innovation,improve employee training systems,recruit high-quality talents,and rationally allocate the proportion of skilled workers in the enterprise.The human capital investment methods have obvious effects on innovation.The nature of the ownership of an enterprise will affect its innovation decisions.Generally speaking,private enterprises will pay more attention to innovation than state-owned enterprises,improve their market competitiveness,and avoid being eliminated by the market.State-owned enterprises have strong financial support and undertake certain national and social tasks.They have insufficient attention and energy for innovation and have a restraining effect on enterprise innovation.At the same time,this article introduces a case of private technology-based manufacturing company HW Company,and analyzes the current human capital investment of HW Company,including employee recruitment mechanism,proportion of technical employees employee training system,equity incentive mechanism,performance evaluation mechanism,etc.At the same time,the innovation status of HW company is introduced,and statistical analysis is made on the number of patents and R & D investment in recent years.At the same time,ZTE Company,a state-owned holding company in the same field,was taken as a control group to compare human capital investment policies and innovation status.Explore the link between HW's human capital investment and corporate innovation.Technology-based manufacturing enterprises should establish a high-quality talent introduction mechanism,formulate a long-term employment plan,deeply realize that high-quality talents are the core elements for the company to enhance its comprehensive strength,and establish a "people-oriented" talent training mechanism to form a respectable talent Atmosphere,and through the establishment of a fair and just incentive mechanism to achieve the organic combination of personal interests and corporate interests.Further verify the empirical results,and explain the different human capital investment policies of HW companies at different stages,provide appropriate advice to ensure the long-term operation of human capital investment,and provide a reference for other companies in different stages in the same field.
